Alpha Hall

Alpha Hall is made up of six halls on three floors. Rooms in Alpha house two women each and are “suite” style with two rooms sharing a bathroom that is situated between them. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. Halls have two Resident Assistants, several Growth Group leaders, and around 30 students. Each floor has a spacious lobby to lounge or study in with computers, television and couches. A laundry room is in the lowest level. Alpha Dining Commons is on the basement level of this building, making it very convenient to eat healthy meals. TAKE A VIRTUAL TOUR

Beta Hall

"Beta is good."

Beta Hall is a three-floor male residence hall sitting at the southeast corner of our campus overlooking the wooded area that contains our Creation Center. The floors each have 16 two- and three-man rooms and house about 32 male students. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. Each floor is divided into two halls (North and South). Community bathrooms are on each hall. Each hall has a Resident Assistant, who oversees the spiritual and relational climate. Beta has a large, comfortable lobby and rec room in the basement, containing computers, televisions, a "long-pong" table, pool table, study areas and laundry facilities. Beta Basement also has comfortable couches that surround a cozy fireplace.

Indiana Hall

Indiana Hall is a two-story residence hall that houses 65 women on the East side and 69 men on the West side. There are 19 two-person rooms that are suited with a bathroom between the suites, 12 four-person rooms that have a connecting bathroom, and 16 three-person rooms with a connecting bathroom. Each floor is equipped with a lobby that contains a television, computers, and space to relax with friends or study. Laundry facilities are on site. The Lodge

 True to its name, The Lodge has a modern, cabin-like feel. The main lobby has a fireplace and large windows overlooking the woods. It is a two-story residence hall that houses 37 women on one side and 32 men on the other side. The men's and women's sides each have their own lobby as well as centralized, shared lobby space. These lobbies are equipped with a television, couches, and tables and chairs. The Lodge offers two-, three-, or four-person rooms. While each hall has community-style bathrooms, individual rooms are equipped with a sink. Laundry facilities are on site. Westminster Hall

“We are Westy.”

Westminster is a beautifully renovated hotel. It houses just over 120 students on four floors. The third and fourth floors house women and are divided into two halls that contain a mix of rooms that accommodate from one to four residents with each room having its own bathroom. Men live on the first floor and second floor and also have a mix of rooms that accommodate from one to three residents, each with its own bathroom. Every student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. First, third and fourth floors have a lobby to lounge or study in that contains computers, a television and couches. Second floor is an all-upperclassmen hall that provides TV's with cable in each room. Laundry facilities are in the basement. Westy residents also get to enjoy the proximity of the game room and lounge, which are located in the first floor of the building to provide fun and entertainment in the evenings. Kent Hall

Transitional Living

Kent Hall is an upperclassmen, apartment-style residence hall that houses 42 men on the South side and 49 women on the North side. This hall is intended to help students transition from college life to the world beyond Grace. Each resident applying for Kent Hall must be a junior or senior and have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA. Most apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/dining area, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a patio/balcony with adjacent storage. Each student is responsible for his or her own utilities and cable. This dorm is seen as a privilege, and each resident is required to participate in apartment-based programs that work toward fulfilling the Residence Life vision. Kent Hall has a computer area, tables for games or study, sitting areas, and a television in its roomy lobby.

Each bedroom is furnished with two desks, two dressers and two beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with a refrigerator and stove. The living/dining area is furnished with a table, chairs and a couch.

Lancer Lofts

Lancer Lofts is an upperclassmen, apartment-style residence hall that house 40 men and 40 women in 10 town-house style apartments. This hall is intended to help students transition from college life to the world beyond Grace. All apartments have four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two washer-dryer sets, a living/dining area, and a full kitchen with plenty of storage. Each student is responsible for his or her own utilities and cable. Each bedroom is furnished with two desks, two dressers and two beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with a refrigerator and stove. The living area is also fully furnished. This dorm is seen as a privilege, and each resident is required to participate in apartment-based programs that work toward fulfilling the Residence Life vision.  TAKE A VIRTUAL TOUR

Perimeter Halls

These halls feel a bit more like "home" than traditional dormitories. The upperclass students living in the Perimeter enjoy the identity that each of these homes takes on every year. Typically, the Perimeter halls are known for their creative hall programs, intramural sports dominance and cook-outs.

Gamma C

Gamma C is an apartment-style hall located on Maple Road just east off Kings Highway. This two-story building features a spacious yard and laundry facilities in the basement. 16 men live in the four apartments in Gamma C. Each apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, refrigerator and cabinets. Each bedroom houses two men. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. Living room furniture and televisions are not provided.

Epsilon

Epsilon Hall is a converted home located on the North edge of campus. Each year, Epsilon is “home” to 11 upperclassmen. This two-story building has a comfortable living room, a common kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms. Epsilon Hall has five two-man rooms and one single room. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. The residents of Epsilon enjoy a large backyard with a fire pit. They also have a clear view of the campus.

Kauffman Townhouse

Kauffman Residence Hall contains a shared living space complete with kitchenettes, dining space, living rooms, laundry and a large basement lobby. Each student may share a room with two to three others. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. Residents of Kauffman Residence Hall are just across the street from the campus bookstore and Tree of Life Café. They are also very close to the Gordon Recreation Center.

Lamp Post Hall

Lamp Post Hall is an apartment-style building located off Wooster Road for women. This two-story building is made up of 12 apartments, a basement storage area, common lobby and laundry room. Each apartment houses three to four upperclassmen and has a spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully-functioning kitchen and large living room. The apartments also have a lot of cabinet and closet space. Each resident of Lamp Post is provided with a bed, a dresser, a desk and closets. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations. Upon availability, living room furniture is available to rent.

Stone House

Stone House is a beautiful home about a half mile from the center of campus. It has two four-person rooms and one two-person room and houses 10 upperclassmen total. Each resident has access to amenities of the house, which include two bathrooms, on-site laundry, an eat-in kitchen and a common living room. In addition, Stone House residents are in close proximity to Miller field and also have access to a large, private backyard. Each student is provided with a bed, desk, dresser and closet space. The furniture is stackable, offering many possible room configurations.

Turner House

Turner House is located near the Tree of Life coffee shop, campus bookstore and the Gordon Recreation Center. It houses eight women in configurations of two- and three-person rooms. Turner House is two stories with the downstairs housing four women in two rooms who share a bathroom and a common living area. The upstairs houses four women who share a living room and bathroom. All residents have access to a kitchen and dining area on the first level.
