Prior to Grace College, Tom Dunn served 10 years as the CEO of Crystal Inc., a Philadelphia-based manufacturing company that sells specialty and performance chemicals. Following his retirement from Grace as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Planning, Dunn now serves as the Special Assistant to the President focusing his campus responsibilities on marketing, strategic planning, and facility and project management.

Paul Blair is responsible for the financial condition and integrity of the institution by overseeing its operating and capital budgets, revenues and expenditures, debt, business plans, and forecasts, and by assuming a strategic role in the overall financial management and improvement initiatives of the institution. With more than two decades of Fortune 500 company experience, Blair has expertise in investor relations, strategic planning, business development, and financial reporting. In the past, he has served as vice president of investor relations at Zimmer Holdings, vice president of strategic planning and development at Owens & Minor (Richmond, VA), and director of investor relations at Bindley Western Industries.

Drew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), leads all aspects of institutional advancement including vision, strategic planning, development and management of a team-focused staff, and a multi-million dollar campaign. Flamm has nearly a decade of leadership and fundraising experience, having served at multiple Christian colleges, leading advancement efforts in alumni relations, planned giving, annual funds, major gifts, donor research, capital campaigns, and creating a culture of philanthropy.

Dr. Jeffrey Gill was the senior pastor of Grace Brethren Church (Delaware, Ohio) for 20 years before joining Grace as dean of the Seminary in 2002. With two decades of pastoral experience, growing Grace Brethren Church from a handful of families to hundreds of members, Dr. Gill is a sought-after teacher and theologian. After leading Grace Theological Seminary for over a decade and earning his doctorate in educational leadership, Dr. Gill understands and offers the necessary educational and experiential components of ministry to Grace Schools.

Prior to joining Grace College and Seminary, Dr. John Lillis worked as dean and executive officer at Bethel Seminary in San Diego, Calif. where he served for 13 years. In addition to teaching, and his academic administrative work, Lillis has served as a pastor in the United States and abroad. He served as a major in the Michigan Air National Guard and as a captain in the United States Air Force as a nuclear research officer. He is an educational consultant for the United African American Ministerial Action Council (UAAMAC), a blue ribbon committee member for the American Red Cross in San Diego, and a leader in numerous Christian societies.

Cindy N. Sisson provides institutional leadership for the college-wide recruitment process by executing all enrollment policies, programs, and services and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. Sisson establishes and directs all admissions activities for residential programs, aligning them with the institution's mission and values. Additionally, Sisson assists with student retention strategies and is the advisor for all GOAL students. Sisson teaches in the Department of Behavioral Science and in the GOAL degree completion program.

Dr. Jim Swanson spends his days meeting with Student Affairs staff and student leaders helping to guide life in the residence halls, and oversee chapel planning, campus safety, the first-year experience, clubs and organizations, and other areas of life for students both inside and outside the classroom at Grace. In addition to his responsibilities as Vice President of Student Affairs and Academic Services, Dr. Swanson uses his counseling background to teach in the School of Behavioral Science.
