About the Center

Our Mission:

The Center for Movement & Wellbeing is devoted to fostering the movement, health, and wellbeing of Kosciusko County through research, education, and collaboration. We come alongside people of all ages in our community as a trusted source of information. We lead them to improve their movement and provide knowledge that helps them improve their quality of life.  We do this through personal assessments, interactive seminars, research initiatives, and more.

Our Core Pillars:

Our four core pillars are assessment, education, research, and collaboration.
