Social Media Contests

If you are not a Grace Schools or Grace Community Education employee, but a United States Citizen/Resident Alien the value of your gift, gift card or gift certificate should be reported on your taxes filed with the IRS. 1099’s will be issued if you receive $600 or more per calendar year in gifts, gift cards and gift certificates.

If you are a Grace Schools or Grace Community Education employee (student or staff), the value of your gift, gift card or gift certificate will be added to your W-2 earnings as compensation and will be taxed accordingly.
