Grace College will host best-selling author, international speaker and leadership guru Dr. Tim Elmore for an upcoming leadership event on his new book, “A New Kind of Diversity.” The event is being hosted in partnership with Leaders on Fire, which exists to ignite transformation in the hearts of leaders so they can transform workplace culture, elevate team performance, and create purposeful profit. The $15 event is open to the public and will take place on Monday, March 17, 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., at the Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center, 610 Wooster Rd., Winona Lake.
“I am thrilled to have Dr. Tim Elmore speak to our community,” said Dr. Drew Flamm. “I was able to intern under his leadership many years ago, but his leadership insights and the impact of his mentorship continue to play an important role in my professional journey.”
At the event, Elmore will unpack the topic of his new book, “A New Kind of Diversity,” which focuses on making the different generations on your team a competitive advantage. From building stronger teams to understanding how different generations view the world, Elmore will share powerful insights that will help the workplace connect with purpose.
