World Language Major
A major in World Languages at Grace College will explore the ins and outs of three languages beyond English. In on-campus courses focusing on acquiring linguistic and cultural skills, students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, as well as cultural awareness. The required Study Abroad program in two other cultures, such as Argentina, France, Germany, Spain, China, or the Middle East, gives you the opportunity to solidify your language skills and to discover other civilizations first-hand. You will also develop a dynamic Christian worldview as you encounter differing cultural values and beliefs during your study abroad experience, and learn to live as a global citizen.
